Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance custom software solutions aligned with business and application requirements.
- Customize and integrate cloud-based solutions and troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key technical and project decisions.
- Lead process improvement efforts and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience customizing and integrating cloud-based solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software application issues.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
