Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build, implement, and maintain continuous integration and delivery workflows for automated build, test, approval, and deployment processes.
- Provide DevOps and process automation expertise for data-centric and analytical applications.
- Maintain the stability and performance of the Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
- Administer Git-based source control, including branching, versioning, and code promotion standards.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions for cloud storage, compute, and networking resources.
- Use Docker or Podman to standardize application deployments.
- Apply configuration management and security guidelines aligned with enterprise standards.
- Provide production support through issue triage, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and resolution coordination.
- Collaborate with data engineers, researchers, product teams, and platform engineers on complex initiatives.
- Improve DevOps standards, tools, and operational processes.
Requirements
- Six years of DevOps experience in cloud-based software delivery.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting applications or digital products with DevOps and process automation methods.
- Experience implementing and administering Git-based repositories, branching strategies, and version-control standards.
- Expertise developing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, including approval gates.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake and data platform ecosystems.
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code methodologies, preferably in Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency with Docker or Podman.
- Experience with configuration management, security, production support, incident management, and issue diagnosis.
- Ability to deliver high-intensity, high-complexity projects and communicate with technical and non-technical collaborators.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Financial services or investment management experience is preferred.
