Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deliver, and improve scalable, maintainable, secure, and performant software solutions.
- Develop and maintain complex IBM BPM applications with multiple modules.
- Implement integrations using IBM BPM.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other functions to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Apply secure coding and unit testing practices.
- Lead complex assignments, advise stakeholders, manage risk and controls, and coach or manage employees where applicable.
Requirements
- Hands-on software development experience, particularly in banking and financial services.
- Thorough understanding of business process management systems including IBM BPM and BAW.
- Experience developing on the IBM BPM platform and knowledge of IBM BPM Class Hierarchy.
- Experience with application design, unit testing, and Agile development.
- Experience delivering critical, complex IBM BPM applications with numerous modules.
- Client lifecycle domain knowledge covering client onboarding, maintenance, and off-boarding is preferred.
- Business analysis and/or technical knowledge is preferred.
- Candidates may be assessed on risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills.
