Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support ServiceNow applications for workforce management and employee services using HRSD and App Engine.
- Configure HR services, case management, employee-service workflows, lifecycle events, portals, catalog items, scoped applications, data models, forms, scripts, and automated workflows.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Lead requirements workshops and translate stakeholder needs into process flows, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.
- Design and govern reusable UI/UX components, widgets, patterns, templates, utilities, and design-system assets for multiple ServiceNow applications and squads.
- Provide technical direction, conduct solution and code reviews, define development standards, and guide developers on architecture, security, performance, maintainability, and reuse.
- Support Scrum-lite delivery, sprint planning, testing, user acceptance testing, release readiness, deployment, stabilization, and operational handover.
- Implement access controls, security safeguards, compliance requirements, automated tests, quality checks, release controls, and vulnerability remediation.
- Establish deployment pipelines, developer access models, documentation, knowledge transfer, incident resolution, performance tuning, and operational support practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions, including substantial hands-on HRSD and App Engine experience.
- Experience as a senior or lead developer providing technical direction, conducting solution and code reviews, and establishing development standards without being solely supervisory.
- Experience designing and governing reusable UI components, widgets, patterns, or design-system assets for adoption by multiple applications or development teams.
- Experience combining business analysis and development responsibilities and working directly with business stakeholders and UI/UX designers.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery certification.
