Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, maintain, and support ServiceNow applications for workforce management and employee services using HRSD and App Engine.
- Configure HR services, case management, employee service workflows, lifecycle events, portals, catalog items, forms, business rules, scripts, and automated workflows.
- Develop integrations, reusable UI/UX components, widgets, patterns, templates, utilities, and design-system assets for multiple ServiceNow applications and squads.
- Lead requirements workshops, business analysis, solution design, user validation, stakeholder communication, code reviews, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Plan and support sprint delivery, system and integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, rollout, production stabilization, and operational handover.
- Implement access controls, security safeguards, automated tests, quality checks, release controls, vulnerability remediation, and audit-finding remediation.
- Establish deployment pipelines, developer access models, reusable-capability governance, documentation, knowledge transfer, incident resolution, and performance improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions, including substantial hands-on HRSD and App Engine experience.
- Experience as a senior or lead developer providing technical direction, conducting solution and code reviews, and establishing development standards while remaining hands-on.
- Experience designing and governing reusable UI components, widgets, patterns, or design-system assets for multiple applications or development teams.
- Experience combining business analysis and development responsibilities and working directly with business stakeholders and UI/UX designers.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery certifications are listed as success attributes.
- Ability to work across solution architecture, security, accessibility, performance, maintainability, upgrade compatibility, testing, deployment, and support considerations.
