Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver software solutions for the Enterprise Onboarding platform.
- Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications and services across the software development lifecycle.
- Develop AI-enabled capabilities using LLMs, RAG, model APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with architects, engineers, product partners, and operations teams.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Deploy and support application features, including production readiness, observability, resiliency, incident response, and operational documentation.
- Use automation, AI-assisted development tools, and CI/CD pipelines to improve software quality and delivery efficiency.
- Contribute to Agile team delivery and build knowledge of financial-services onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting reliable, scalable production applications.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems development.
- Experience with relational databases, data modeling, application performance optimization, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Kafka, MQ, and large-scale data processing environments.
- Experience with software testing, source code management, release management, and production support in Agile teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Python or other scripting-language experience is preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of generative AI and machine learning technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG context management, and model APIs.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is preferred.
