Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-wide AI/ML automation, analytics, and insight initiatives.
- Coordinate technical delivery of AI solutions aligned with mission-specific use cases.
- Design, develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
- Preprocess and analyze large datasets for AI/ML pipelines.
- Deploy AI/ML models in secure, on-premises environments with attention to performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and refine solutions.
- Use Palantir Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, and other enterprise AI platforms to create insights and automation tools.
- Document AI solutions and guide non-technical users on AI usage.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in AI/ML.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, enterprise AI/ML platforms such as Palantir Foundry or Microsoft Copilot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, prompt engineering, or large-dataset preprocessing and analysis.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to manage and guide technical teams.
- Ability to define and document AI/ML use cases with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, data science, information systems, or computer science from an ABET-accredited or CAE-designated institution.
- Experience with DoD or federal AI/ML initiatives is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile development and MLOps practices is preferred.
- Exposure to Python-based ML libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch is preferred.
- Experience integrating AI models into enterprise software systems is preferred.
- Active DoD Secret clearance is preferred; candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.
- Security+ certification is preferred.
