Responsibilities
- Define requirements and develop production-ready AI solutions across the full system lifecycle.
- Build AI agents, autonomous orchestration workflows, multi-agent architectures, and advanced RAG pipelines.
- Develop API-driven services and secure applications using Python.
- Deploy and maintain containerized applications across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Integrate tools, reasoning loops, and data retrieval across SQL, vector, document, and graph databases.
- Optimize AI systems and communicate technical solutions and engineering documentation to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Three years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining secure APIs.
- Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
- Experience building AI agents and advanced RAG pipelines, including tool integration, reasoning loops, and database retrieval.
- Familiarity with multi-agent architecture patterns.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Preferred: experience with LLM integration, orchestration, fine-tuning, distillation, and prompt or system design.
- Preferred: experience deploying AI solutions in secure or regulated cloud environments such as Azure GCC High or AWS GovCloud.
- Preferred: experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows and using Model Context Protocol or AI tool-calling API workflows.
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements and produce clear engineering documentation.
