Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Trading team to define project scope, requirements, and milestones.
- Prepare design documentation and participate in architectural discussions.
- Build Go features for the RFQ system and its end-to-end OTC trading workflows.
- Add analytics and metrics to measure the impact of changes, incorporating feedback through iteration.
- Demonstrate project progress through regular demos.
Requirements
- Be a Class of 2028 student pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Be proficient in at least one compiled language, such as Go, C++, or Java.
- Have at least one previous internship involving backend systems in a production environment, preferably in a user-facing context.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as Postgres is preferred.
- Previous trading-systems experience is preferred.
- Be local to the NYC headquarters and able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, detail-oriented, self-directed, and project-management skills.
