Base Salary
$124k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the AI-driven validation roadmap across Business Banking.
- Architect and embed end-to-end AI checks into campaign authoring and execution workflows.
- Build AI/ML models using external signals and trend analysis to generate actionable recommendations for pre-launch approvals.
- Partner with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Controls to operationalize AI capabilities and standardize measurement.
- Automate quality metrics, evolve the learning agenda, and promote continuous improvement in validation processes.
- Integrate upstream and downstream systems to support transformation objectives.
- Provide executive-ready insights, recommendations, and status updates on roadmap progress and key learnings.
- Improve the end-to-end customer experience through quality-as-a-service capabilities.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 1 year of applied experience.
- Experience building GenAI solutions, agents, and MCP capabilities.
- Intermediate Python proficiency, with experience in TypeScript, Streamlit, or UI design.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning methods.
- Proficiency with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
- Ability to design and implement complex algorithms for recommendation systems and trend analysis.
- Experience with data integration and real-time data processing.
- Understanding of marketing and campaign testing processes.
- Preferred experience with LLM techniques including agents, planning, and reasoning; deploying ML models on AWS using SageMaker and EKS; credit card marketing and in-market testing; and leading AI tool development and implementation.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, initiative, creativity, and technical-to-business translation skills.
