Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement, administer, integrate, and support on-premise and cloud-based workforce IAM platforms and solutions.
- Design, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM solutions for performance, security, and reliability.
- Develop, test, document, and manage IAM automation, orchestration, connectors, and integration processes.
- Implement accelerators and enablers that improve IAM process efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and service delivery.
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory, organizational, security, and governance requirements.
- Maintain IAM documentation, policies, standards, procedures, and authentication and authorization best practices.
- Create or support data visualizations for IAM trend analysis and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, cyber defense, and technology teams to integrate and extend IAM controls.
- Provide technical guidance on IAM capabilities and their use in enterprise systems.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team culture and cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, with a STEM field preferred.
- At least 3 years of related experience required.
- Deep understanding of workforce IAM, SSO, MFA, modern authentication protocols, and authorization concepts.
- Experience onboarding SSO applications and integrating MFA with cloud-based identity providers.
- Practical knowledge of FIDO2, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Kerberos, and federation.
- Knowledge of passwordless authentication, API gateways, SCIM connectors, and identity platforms such as Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Entra, or ForgeRock.
- Knowledge of identity proofing, identity verification, adaptive risk-based authorization, and Zero Trust concepts.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and governance standards such as ISO, NIST, and CSA Controls Matrix.
- Experience with software lifecycle development and automated cloud infrastructure deployment.
- Expertise with at least one of Microsoft Entra, DUO, Oracle Access Manager, Okta, Auth0, or Ping Identity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to mentor junior talent and influence without authority.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, CISA, CISM, or CISSP certification, and 6+ years of related experience.
- Preferred experience includes SOX, PCI, FAA, GDPR, and PII compliance, large-scale identity transformation, on-premise-to-cloud migration, passwordless implementations, airline or transportation IAM, and AI/ML or automated-solution development.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
