Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of frontend features across the micro-frontend platform.
  • Translate product and design requirements into well-scoped engineering tasks with clear estimates.
  • Set and raise frontend code quality and engineering best practices.
  • Mentor developers across experience levels.
  • Drive frontend system design decisions and establish patterns for the broader team.
  • Participate in the production on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of software development experience focused on frontend engineering.
  • Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
  • Experience with modern frontend build tooling.
  • Strong communication skills for technical concepts and cross-team coordination.
  • A strong sense of ownership and proactive gap-closing mindset.
  • Preferred experience with shared component libraries, design systems, and end-to-end testing frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 1–2+ weeks per year for team off-sites, conferences, and other work events.
