Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of frontend features across the micro-frontend platform.
- Translate product and design requirements into well-scoped engineering tasks with clear estimates.
- Set and raise frontend code quality and engineering best practices.
- Mentor developers across experience levels.
- Drive frontend system design decisions and establish patterns for the broader team.
- Participate in the production on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience focused on frontend engineering.
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frontend build tooling.
- Strong communication skills for technical concepts and cross-team coordination.
- A strong sense of ownership and proactive gap-closing mindset.
- Preferred experience with shared component libraries, design systems, and end-to-end testing frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
- Willingness to travel approximately 1–2+ weeks per year for team off-sites, conferences, and other work events.
