Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for Dynamics 365 CRM application development, modernization, migration, and integration initiatives.
- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications using OData, JSON, XML, and related integration technologies.
- Develop custom CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.
- Build and maintain applications using C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.
- Lead development teams through Scrum/Agile planning, backlog management, technical planning, and delivery.
- Mentor developers, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and guide full software development lifecycle activities.
- Identify technical risks and ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, maintainability, organizational, and Federal Government requirements.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in IT services or software development.
- Experience supporting application migration and development projects.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- Two to five years of experience working with cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, CRM customization, and SQL Server development.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using OData, JSON, XML, and related integration methods.
- Experience leading technical teams and projects using Scrum/Agile frameworks and mentoring team members.
- Federal Government experience is highly desirable.
- Active Secret clearance is required, or the candidate must be eligible to obtain and complete the required government security screening and clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
