Responsibilities
- Act as the principal implementation liaison, documenting customer requirements and translating them into configurations.
- Lead business discovery to develop recommendations for effective delivery approaches.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for customer databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with attention to detail.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships through excellent communication and collaboration.
- Lead customer change management strategies and support user readiness.
- Travel to customer sites for meetings and presentations as needed.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business or technology related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are essential.
- Previous experience in software configuration or implementation is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Consulting experience in workflow analysis and operational excellence is preferred.
- 2-4+ years in a software implementation role is necessary.
- Healthcare market experience is preferred.
