Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and design feasible software solutions.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software modules and programs.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, onboarding, and implementation activities.
- Prepare code documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, specifications, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineering staff, functional teams, stakeholders, and clients on requirements, progress, and delivery.
- Track customer feedback and requests while supporting quality, serviceability, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and continuing education to maintain current programming and delivery practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll for India.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, systems flows, data usage, work processes, and software requirements.
- Ability to develop test cases, automate validation processes, investigate failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Ability to document software solutions and prepare accurate technical, project, MIS, and status reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to support customer communication, issue tracking, delivery schedules, and quality objectives.
- Willingness to complete relevant certifications and participate in continuing education and training.
