Responsibilities
- Define solution architectures for assigned change projects and support delivery of business outcomes.
- Design secure, robust, scalable, and high-performance end-to-end digital products, solutions, and services.
- Work with stakeholders and development teams to align solutions with strategic target architectures and roadmaps.
- Provide technical guidance, resolve architectural impediments, and support architecture and design reviews.
- Evaluate and integrate technologies using approved technology catalogs, patterns, and architecture practices.
- Define architectures involving APIs, event-driven integrations, core banking systems, digital channels, payments, finance, open banking, and security systems.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to architecture capability development and knowledge sharing.
- Support the adoption of architecture guidance in CI/CD pipelines and coordinate cross-functional technical decisions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in solution architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Practitioner knowledge of solution architecture frameworks, cloud, microservices, AI, agile architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of supply chain finance products, services, and processes.
- Experience defining strategic target architectures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across business and technology teams.
- Strong experience in cloud architecture, preferably AWS.
- Expertise designing scalable and maintainable software systems, with experience in modern development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Experience with system integration, performance optimization, architecture reviews, and technology selection.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems, communicate architectures clearly, and mentor others.
