Responsibilities
- Launch new Centerpiece versions by improving the prompted Professor model, applying Computer Use Agent technology, and training better student models.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure code quality, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Improve Centerpiece tooling and infrastructure.
- Maintain or ablate similar data-providing systems and redirect clients to Centerpiece.
- Implement GenAI solutions, use ML infrastructure, and contribute to data preparation, optimization, and performance improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- At least 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure, including areas such as model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- Experience with state-of-the-art GenAI techniques such as LLMs, multimodal systems, or large vision models, or with related concepts such as language modeling and computer vision.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
