Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of innovative ML/AI-driven models and features.
- Architect and build systems integrating LLMs and other AI technologies to provide intelligent recommendations.
- Drive integrations across multiple product partners through collaboration and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Scientists, and engineering teams to define and deliver the ML/AI roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience in C++ and Python, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- At least 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure, including areas such as model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- At least 1 year of experience with LLM systems, speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- Preferred: experience with B2C or e-commerce software.
