Responsibilities
- Analyze gaps in video and channel content understanding.
- Build classifiers for YouTube videos and livestreams using video, image, audio, audio transcripts, and metadata.
- Build infrastructure to orchestrate classifiers and take enforcement actions.
- Use human review and Gemini compute capacity to maximize platform safety.
- Collaborate with research, operations, and product teams to design, build, productionize, and maintain solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- At least 1 year of experience with speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
- At least 1 year of experience with end-to-end machine learning, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, or debugging.
- Preferred: MS or PhD in Machine Learning, 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, experience with ML, computer vision, data analysis, and accessible technologies.
