Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software features and services primarily in Go.
- Take ownership of the full lifecycle of your work, including technical design and implementation.
- Lead the delivery of well-defined projects or complex features, managing technical risks.
- Contribute to design and architecture discussions to improve system structure and maintainability.
- Participate in and lead peer reviews of code, designs, and documentation.
- Support production systems, including incident response and on-call activity.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of commercial experience in software engineering, with strong practical experience in Go.
- Experience building and maintaining backend services, preferably in Go, and familiarity with TypeScript.
- Ability to own and deliver well-defined feature work, meeting timelines and quality standards.
- Experience writing maintainable, well-tested code and participating in design and code reviews.
- Good understanding of software design, debugging, testing, and operational support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound engineering judgement.
