Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations between HRIS and payroll systems.
- Collaborate with the People team to understand their needs.
- Develop scalable, cloud-based solutions using backend technologies.
- Document and build RESTful APIs.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements.
Requirements
- Solid experience in backend development, especially with Python.
- Proficiency in building and documenting RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and serverless architectures.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code, preferably using Pulumi.
- Strong Git skills and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English for technical communication.
