Base Salary

$77k - $107k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs.
  • Identify and define system enhancements using application development procedures, script tools, and code analysis.
  • Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend, install, and support programming solutions.
  • Apply programming knowledge to design specifications.
  • Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues and perform testing and debugging.
  • Coach new or lower-level analysts and advise senior stakeholders or team members.
  • Identify problems, evaluate information, and implement solutions with limited direct supervision.
  • Assess and manage technology, compliance, and control risks while escalating and reporting issues transparently.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Intermediate-level experience in an applications development role.
  • Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
