Responsibilities
- Embed with internal teams and customers to build agents from scratch.
- Own end-to-end deployments including discovery, build, integration, and tuning.
- Lead pilots and demos to drive adoption and resolve blockers.
- Architect agentic systems for real workflows with safety guardrails.
- Build infrastructure for safe tool use across APIs and services.
- Design and run evaluations to measure quality and catch regressions.
- Build observability and tracing to ensure agent safety.
- Set technical direction and mentor engineers in agentic systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in AI systems or LLM applications.
- Strong understanding of LLM agent architectures and orchestration.
- Proficiency in Python across a broad stack.
- Production experience on AWS and Azure with containerized deployments.
- Strong customer instincts and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Bias toward shipping and comfort operating without a clean spec.
- Solid understanding of agentic security risks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
