Responsibilities
- Define the canonical harness architecture and component baseline.
- Set the engineering standards for the team.
- Guide the Find, Validate, and Patch technical roadmap.
- Own the transition from early-stage prototypes to a dependable, reviewable production pipeline.
- Mentor founding engineers and support their growth.
- Review designs across the organization and maintain visible code quality and safety standards.
- Align engineering managers, security partners, engineers, researchers, and evaluation teams on technical direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 18+ years designing and building complex systems.
- Deep experience architecting distributed systems, ML pipelines, or large-scale platforms.
- A record of turning research into production-grade engineering.
- Ability to align engineers and researchers on one technical direction.
