Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end target-state technical architecture across AWS and Azure workstreams.
- Set integration standards for Microsoft Graph API and Teams delivery channels supporting chatbot, translation, and document-processing services.
- Review and approve designs, ensuring reusable architectural patterns are not duplicated across builds.
- Evaluate integration options and recommend workarounds when core business systems restrict API access or screen scraping.
- Represent technical architecture in governance forums and new-build scoping discussions.
- Define non-functional requirements for security, data residency, exactly-once processing, and disaster recovery across a multi-site delivery model.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience.
- 3+ years designing GenAI or agentic systems in production.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Bedrock Agent Core, Amazon Nova, Fargate, and SNS/SQS event-driven architectures.
- Experience architecting solutions spanning AWS and Azure in a single environment.
- Regulated-industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to establish architecture governance under an aggressive delivery timeline.
