Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality reusable software assets and tools.
- Collaborate with technical architects, delivery consultants, and product managers to identify opportunities and define requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and documented code across multiple technology stacks.
- Create proofs of concept and prototypes to explore ideas and technologies.
- Engage with field teams and partners to gather feedback and improve solution usability and effectiveness.
- Contribute to engineering best practices and mentor other team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or C#/.NET.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts is desirable but not required.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
