Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems through sound and creative engineering.
- Work with stakeholders to determine user requirements for features.
- Learn and incorporate new engineering methods into work processes.
- Seek feedback and apply internal or industry best practices to improve technical solutions.
- Complete software projects using time management and collaboration skills.
- Improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, performance, monitoring, and operations at scale.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have at least one semester or term remaining after the internship.
- Programming experience in an object-oriented language.
- Preferred: understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: familiarity with Kubernetes, operating systems, Linux, virtualization, and IP networking.
- Preferred: experience with development environments and tooling such as VSCode, Git, DevOps, and AI Agents/Copilot.
