Responsibilities
- Refine, improve, and implement features and capabilities for the platform.
- Collaborate with team members to shape and guide projects.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning by identifying and implementing improvements.
- Serve as a reliable sparring partner to the engineering team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of frontend and backend development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with React or an equivalent framework and Python, preferably Django.
- Experience with testing frameworks.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- An open, pragmatic, and driven team-player mindset.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, and S3 is a plus.
- Experience working in agile teams using processes such as Scrum is a plus.
