Responsibilities
- Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment.
- Deploy and maintain the platform across GCP, AWS, Azure, and OpenShift customer environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Bicep.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, cloud infrastructure, and costs.
- Ensure cloud security and compliance standards are met.
- Collaborate with Product Engineers on smooth feature rollouts.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Document deployment processes and maintain operational runbooks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, including hands-on platform or infrastructure engineering.
- Experience deploying and operating enterprise platforms across Azure, AWS, GCP, and/or OpenShift.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure Container Apps, and GitHub Actions.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Experience automating infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and/or Bicep.
- Experience with cloud monitoring, observability, and cost optimization.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and understanding of cloud security best practices.
- Ability to document deployment processes and maintain operational runbooks.
- Native-level German or at least B2 proficiency for direct communication with customer IT teams.
