Base Salary
$141k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and lead critical projects within the Construction Financials division.
- Deliver scalable, performant features that meet customer needs.
- Improve frontend architecture and help establish development standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, UX, infrastructure, and platform teams to design and build solutions.
- Contribute to shared libraries and the broader engineering ecosystem.
- Support development, testing, staging, deployment, monitoring, and incident-response workflows.
- Mentor and develop junior-level engineers.
- Use AI-assisted development workflows across planning, implementation, testing, and incident response.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Object-Oriented Programming and/or Functional Programming fundamentals, Test Driven Development, and design principles.
- At least 5 years of experience with JavaScript.
- Strong experience with React or equivalent client-side frameworks and TypeScript.
- Experience contributing to and maintaining shared libraries.
- Understanding of tradeoffs among technical, analytical, and product goals.
- Expertise with modern web development, including development, testing, staging, deploying, and monitoring.
- Experience teaching, mentoring, and developing junior-level engineers.
- AG Grid experience is a bonus.
