Responsibilities
- Build and own AI-powered developer tooling to enhance efficiency.
- Design, build, and ship CI/CD systems and infrastructure services end-to-end.
- Drive developer productivity by identifying bottlenecks and delivering scalable solutions.
- Identify and execute on architectural improvements and debug production issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and platform teams.
- Write clear, reliable, well-tested code while mentoring teammates.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with production products or platforms.
- Strong background in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and developer tooling.
- End-to-end ownership mindset for systems and domains.
- Proven track record of driving multi-quarter technical investments.
- Collaborative experience with engineering teams and clear communication skills.
- Experience in Ruby on Rails and modern infrastructure tools.
