Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and extend the OLTP-to-OLAP data infrastructure.
- Define and maintain company-wide and team-level KPIs.
- Build and iterate on dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Partner with engineers to instrument new product features.
- Investigate anomalies and improve data pipeline reliability.
- Establish data conventions and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience with ETL pipelines and columnar stores.
- Preference for simple, legible solutions over complex architectures.
- Ability to drive ambiguous problems to clear outcomes.
- Nice to have: experience with Rill or similar BI tooling.
