Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and front-end teams to build new financial offerings.
- Establish new processes, software patterns, and tools with back-end peers.
- Maintain a testing and observability stack for system stability.
- Plan engineering execution across different time horizons with leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 2+ years of experience using Python and Postgres.
- Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, DevOps (Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes), and pub/sub models (Kafka).
- Strong opinion on software engineering best practices.
- Product-minded with a passion for customer experience.
- Critical thinker capable of making tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
