Responsibilities
- Guide strategic customers through DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps transformations.
- Consult, architect, design, and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps platforms using JFrog products and related technologies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Development teams while working directly with customer engineering and DevSecOps professionals.
- Mentor and coach consulting team members.
- Train JFrog customers and the open-source community.
- Influence JFrog tool features and product roadmaps based on customer needs.
- Stay current with DevSecOps and CI/CD technology trends and build strong customer and community relationships.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience and 5+ years of professional services or consulting experience with enterprise customers.
- Experience with CI tools and technologies including Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and NPM.
- Ability to lead, architect, and build software delivery pipelines using Docker, npm, Java, PyPI, Git, binary repositories, binary scanning, and continuous integration tools.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and operations across storage, networking, computing, security, and public or on-premises cloud environments.
- Experience with continuous deployment and delivery tools including Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Linux and cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal and customer-service-oriented skills.
- Experience with server-side software in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Software architecture design, product development, and MLOps toolset experience are additional advantages.
- Willingness to learn and an open-source mindset.
