Base Salary
$80k - $88k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively across teams and build positive working relationships.
- Contribute to project teams and support successful client project delivery.
- Use curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, and resourcefulness to solve complex problems and recommend solutions.
- Manage competing priorities, execute assigned work, and meet deadlines.
- Travel more than 50% of the time to support client projects and shadowing opportunities.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Service Management and ServiceNow solutions.
- Working knowledge of application development.
- A technical degree completed by January 11, 2027, a technical-related bootcamp, or relevant IT, software, intern, co-op, or research experience.
- Existing U.S. work authorization.
- Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
