Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rotate through two or three different technology teams.
- Build systems that directly contribute to the firm’s profitability.
- Work one-on-one with senior engineers who provide mentorship and guidance during each rotation.
- Apply hands-on software development using Python or C++.
- Learn software design and testing techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- History of building software solutions in Python or C++.
- No more than three years of professional experience after education.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and distributed systems is valued.
- Strong quantitative skills are preferred.
