Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rotate through two or three technology teams.
- Build software systems that directly contribute to the firm’s profitability.
- Work one-on-one with senior engineers for mentorship and guidance.
- Develop software hands-on using Python or C++.
- Learn and apply software design and testing techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- History of building software solutions in Python or C++.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and distributed systems is preferred.
- Strong quantitative skills are preferred.
- No more than three years of professional post-education experience.
- Strong bias for action, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, teamwork, comfort with actionable feedback, and motivation in an ambitious environment.
