Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain new Ads products and infrastructure from backend to frontend.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to develop and scale digital advertising features.
- Architect simple and maintainable systems for quick launches and high-quality standards.
- Model strong ownership and introduce coding and operational best practices.
- Own projects end to end, from refining requirements to launching and maintaining products.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2 years in relevant roles.
- Experience in the ad delivery space.
- Strong focus on impact and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and commitment to problem-solving.
- A growth mindset and a passion for mentorship.
