$230k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Software and Data Engineering managers as a peer technical leader.
- Own the architecture, implementation, launch, and operation of high-impact initiatives.
- Guide cross-team design decisions that affect security, reliability, and data quality.
- Establish engineering standards for architecture, APIs, testing, and operational ownership.
- Advance standards for AI engineering practices and workflows.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate needs into technical systems.
- Conduct design and code reviews, and provide mentoring and guidance.
Requirements
- Significant professional engineering experience as an individual contributor.
- Ability to reason across full-stack applications and backend services.
- Strong judgment in data engineering and analytical modeling.
- Experience in designing, building, and operating consequential systems.
- Proven ability to lead technical decisions through influence and partnership.
- Commitment to correctness, security, and operational excellence.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical partners.
