Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications primarily across ITSM and CSM.
- Work with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow platform scripting.
- Manage update sets, code reviews, development standards, and deployments.
- Perform requirements analysis, effort estimation, and impact assessment.
- Work with ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting while following ServiceNow best practices.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization is required.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide APIs, and platform scripting is required.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, ServiceNow Incident Management, ServiceNow Platform, and ServiceNow Sales and Order Management is required.
- Understanding of Agile methodology, requirements analysis, effort estimation, and impact assessment is required.
- Basic understanding of HRSD and Third-Party Risk Management is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering, is listed as a qualification.
- Oracle Certified Java Associate certification is listed, and ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and relevant CIS certifications are preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level is required.
