Base Salary
$92k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, qualification, integration, testing, and delivery.
- Develop embedded software using real-time operating systems for flight and mission-critical systems.
- Develop software products within Agile Scrum teams across multiple software baselines.
- Work collaboratively in diverse, fast-paced engineering teams and support customer software deliveries.
Requirements
- Level 2 requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related engineering experience, or a STEM master’s degree and entry-level related engineering experience.
- Level 3 requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related engineering experience, a STEM master’s degree and 3 years of related engineering experience, or a STEM PhD and 1 year of related engineering experience.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, Agile software development, embedded systems programming, software integration, and testing.
- Experience with C, C++, and Python.
- Experience with at least two of Jira, GitLab, Docker, Fortify, Coverity, or Black Duck.
- Active in-scope U.S. Government Top Secret clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain initial Special Program Access (SAP/PAR).
- Preferred qualifications include multi-threaded real-time software development, code-based identification of moderate execution defects, understanding of embedded components within larger software architectures, and current SAP access.
