Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate wireless features across access point, controller, and management layers.
- Write and maintain software in C/C++ and Python.
- Design and execute test plans and develop automation for feature validation.
- Analyze logs, packet traces, and system behavior to debug issues.
- Reproduce issues and validate fixes across system components.
- Set up and use laboratory environments to test wireless scenarios.
- Collaborate with platform, radio, QA, and cloud teams.
Requirements
- A BS with 1–3 years of experience or an MS with 0–2 years of experience.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and Wi-Fi, including 802.11 basics.
- Experience or strong interest in testing, automation, and system validation.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Preferred: exposure to wireless controllers or cloud-managed networking systems.
- Preferred: experience with Wireshark.
- Preferred: familiarity with WPA2/WPA3 security.
