Base Salary
$217k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to execute product and business strategies.
- Contribute to the full development cycle including design, development, testing, and launch.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, setting standards to improve workflows.
- Continuously learn and enhance both technical and non-technical skills.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience in languages such as Go, Python, Rust, or Ruby.
- Experience with GraphQL, REST, HTTP, Thrift, or gRPC and API design.
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Self-directed with an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
