Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development, iterative optimization, and technical architecture upgrades for core manufacturing business systems.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate manufacturing processes into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead coding, unit testing, system integration debugging, and resolution of technical and performance challenges.
- Manage system operations, deployment monitoring, performance tuning, production issue response, and continuous optimization.
- Ensure system stability, security, high availability, and reliable production operation.
- Explore and implement AI technologies in smart manufacturing scenarios, including intelligent quality inspection, production scheduling prediction, and equipment predictive maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately three years of .NET full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core or .NET 5+, and ASP.NET MVC or Web API.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, architectural patterns, Entity Framework Core, dependency injection, multi-threading, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with at least one mainstream front-end framework such as Vue.js, Angular, or React.
- Proficiency in SQL Server or MySQL development and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform.
- Knowledge of Docker, system deployment, monitoring, and permissions management.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
