Base Salary
$102k - $143k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.
- Develop and maintain algorithms.
- Develop engineering best practices and documentation.
- Perform data analysis and data science projects for stakeholders.
- Support application engagement monitoring, anomaly detection, instrumentation, metrics, and telemetry analysis.
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML products into internal tooling and consumer-facing experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, a comparable field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with big-data tools including Databricks, Snowflake, or similar.
- Service reliability or operational experience running large-scale, high-performance systems and internet services.
- Ability to write and maintain reliable, understandable code in SQL, Python, Scala, or other languages.
- Preferred: 1–2 years of software engineering, machine learning, or data science experience.
- Preferred: familiarity with the end-to-end data lifecycle from client-side event generation through backend processing and consumption by data science models.
- Preferred: experience using ML-driven automation for internal tooling, data pipelines, observability, or monitoring.
- Preferred: familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and platforms and experience evaluating and integrating AI products into engineering workflows.
