Base Salary
$111k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop new capabilities in Twitch’s data warehouses and pipelines.
- Improve the reliability, flexibility, and scalability of existing data platform tools.
- Collaborate on the data platform vision as Twitch scales to its next petabyte.
- Enhance engineering workflows using AI tooling.
- Review and shape the work of peers as part of a collaborative engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience as a software engineer.
- Familiarity with scalability, concurrency, API design, data modeling, and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools.
- Bonus: experience with Golang or Python, distributed highly available systems, Amazon Web Services, or open source contributions.
