Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered prospecting and SDR tools using agents, workflows, APIs, LLMs, and sales platforms.
- Own onboarding, activation, retention, and lifecycle automations across email, WhatsApp, and push.
- Design lead scoring, routing, and SDR-to-AE handoff logic.
- Prototype internal tools quickly, test them against pipeline and activation metrics, and scale successful solutions.
- Partner with Sales, SDR leadership, Lifecycle, and Data/Engineering teams to identify and implement valuable automations.
- Use operational data to measure CAC payback, meetings booked, activation rate, and pipeline generated.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building automation, internal tools, or AI-powered products.
- Experience with workflow and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make, and with integrating APIs across CRM, marketing, and sales systems.
- Working familiarity with HubSpot, Customer.io, Salesforce, or comparable CRM and lifecycle platforms.
- Ability to read and write basic Python or JavaScript, or collaborate effectively with engineers to ship solutions.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including explaining technical work to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Preferred qualifications include Lifecycle Marketing, RevOps, Sales Engineering, Product, or Software Engineering experience; sales engagement or AI prospecting tools; OpenAI or Anthropic LLM APIs; prompt engineering; B2B SaaS or fintech experience; startup experience; and Portuguese proficiency.
