Responsibilities
- Collaborate with system engineers, system testers, software developers, and the user community.
- Perform software design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and post-release user support.
- Interface with customers and support the user community as required.
- Research and resolve unfamiliar technical challenges through experimentation, questions, and iterative learning.
- Support configuration, enrollment, compliance, and troubleshooting for managed iOS, iPadOS, and macOS devices.
- Assist with virtualization technologies supporting ISS platform infrastructure.
- Contribute to automation and configuration management using Ansible.
- Work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Travel or commute to other installations as needed and adjust schedules during peak or surge periods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Zero to five years of experience.
- Experience with a subset of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, Windows, web development, Jamf or other Apple device management solutions, supervised Apple devices, virtualization technologies, and Ansible.
- U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a U.S. government background investigation.
- Ability to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Strong learning ability, initiative, teamwork, critical thinking, and oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in an office environment, potentially outside normal schedules, and perform required mobility, lifting, and travel.
