Responsibilities
- Rapidly build trust with clients by demonstrating technical expertise.

- Coach client engineering teams and transfer knowledge.
- Participate in account planning and opportunity identification.
- Facilitate retrospectives and strategy sessions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered features and tools.
- Strong consulting acumen and product thinking.
- Ability to mentor and support team practices.
- Experience in leading modernization efforts and addressing architecture concerns.
