Responsibilities
- Plan and design technology solution structures based on project needs.
- Define team work schedules, assign tasks, and set goals.
- Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to meet project quality standards.
- Monitor systems to ensure they satisfy user needs and business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
- Oversee assigned programs and conduct code reviews.
- Assist with resolving technical issues.
- Ensure implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure.
- Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions and stay informed about industry developments.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a Technical Lead or IT Architect.
- Hands-on experience with software development and system administration.
- Understanding of strategic IT solutions.
- Experience with project management and service-oriented architecture.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and Java.
- Familiarity with relational, non-relational, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure.
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
