Responsibilities
- Design highly available, scalable, and secure multi-service solutions for welfare products.
- Conduct technical analysis for medium-to-large projects affecting multiple systems.
- Implement testing strategies and oversee gradual rollouts for reliable welfare distributions.
- Resolve technical blockers and address B2B registration and high-volume benefit allocation challenges.
- Own backend features from employer signup through employee spending.
- Maintain and improve systems handling complex welfare regulations and payments.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Document technical decisions and communicate with stakeholders in a structured manner.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related backend software engineering experience.
- Proven experience with microservices and cloud environments.
- Deep experience with Java.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms; AWS experience is a plus.
- Ability to conduct technical analysis for large-scope, multi-system projects and drive knowledge sharing.
- Professional and structured communication skills with reliable technical documentation practices.
- Fluent English and an interest in FinTech or startup environments.
