Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with developers and technology partners to identify product defects and resolve issues.
- Analyze customer data to mitigate risks and improve product reliability.
- Develop tools and expand internal and external knowledge bases.
- Gather customer feedback to support product enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members and provide rotational weekday and off-hours support coverage.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in systems reliability engineering or similar roles.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise in virtualization, preferably VMware ESXi, networking across layers 2 and 3, Linux systems, cloud, DevOps, or enterprise storage.
- Experience directly resolving complex technical issues with customers.
- Familiarity with VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- Customer-driven mindset and ability to develop tools and improve knowledge bases.
